Wrist wraps are HIGHLY recommended for people doing a lot of heavy pressing. I don't get on with them at the moment, but I'm going to have to get used to them.
...bur near bodyweight OHP's for 7-10 reps and 100kg BP for the same has in the least few weeks strained my wrists for sure. Im thinking more injury prevention than a requirement...age isnt on my side these days! Anyway...thanks Lie
