Lila Connect - VX Fibre 1gig - Stoke on Trent

Called Breeze today about CG NAT and the guy says he will call back in 30 mins as he's got a meeting. No call at all. I have had it with these jokers at Breeze. Not only I am getting half the advertised speeds, but the customer service also doesn't exist. Wish I went with Lila directly.

I can't get through to anyone at Breeze either. I email and call and no reply. I'm out of contract with them so paying rolling, around £30 p/m.

Spoke to Lila and they won't be able to help and the idiots at Breeze aren't picking up the phone or replying to my emails. Ughhh


Edit: Seems like they're closing down the consumer side and moving all the customers to Lila

I heard that from them as well but I don't know when as I'm still with them and not moved over.

Service Update from LilaConnect
Some customers will notice certain apps and sites list their location as outside of the UK. We appreciate that this has been an inconvenience and a source of frustration to affected customers.
On 23/09/2022 we rolled out an update to resolve this issue, however this may take up to 5 working days to update across your connected devices.
We apologise for the inconvenience at this time, and we are actively monitoring the situation.
LilaConnect thanks you for your understanding whilst we work to get this resolved.
 
Spent all morning with terrible connection, lag through the roof for gaming. Reset the SDD with a simple On/Off and haven't been able to get back online since.

Kindof annoying how there's nobody to contact over the weekend and you have to wait until Monday to get someone, unlike the larger ISP.
 
Are you still experiencing packet loss? I noticed packet loss spikes whilst gaming yesterday morning and the issue is still on-going today. Tried everything I can my end to try and fix but to no avail.
Yes it's still ongoing right now and has been for at least 4 days. Spoke to Lila and they said it's being investigated but nothing they can do about. When I open google maps, my location shows as Colchester cause before it was my city. Wonder if something has changed in the backend.

Agreed. The day Openreach FTTP is here, I am gone.

It appears my location is also showing as Colchester. Looks like they had service issues in Colchester last week so don't know if that's played any part in it.

Seen a few others on social media reporting the same issue so hopefully it will be investigated quickly but I'm yet to receive a response from them

Still ongoing for me also and I still haven't had a reply directly from Lila. Seen others say that Lila are aware of the issue their side but no ETA on a fix yet - Why this isn't being communicated publicly I don't know.

I think it should be fixed now
 
Thank god I found this forum post, Was thinking I was going crazy with no one talking about Lila at all.

Been having packet loss issues since they rolled out the update a week or so ago with GEO-Location & still having packet loss during games today. Anyone else the same?

I had a call with their second line support and they're saying on the server was acting up and it should be resolved by now. If I was you, I'd give them a call.

Looks like mine is now all ok again after the call earlier.

If your issue is still ongoing then get in touch with them like Oyeee suggested, from feedback I have seen they seemed to have fixed the issue for most
