better get it fired up later then, which server are you on for the Kin (guild?) offer?

Points arrived this morning 1500, plus I bought some more :p.

I also bought some xp boost, did 4 Skirmishes and went up about 5 bars, as well as dinging. 1 away from 50:D

I'm on that server too, just started out. I'm a dwarf in the starting area and no nothing about kins or what not, they sound like guilds.

Must admit, my first impressions of this game are very good, my only reservation about this F2P model is will it be over run by 10-17yr olds.

Hopefully will catch up with some of you guys at some point.
 
I'm on Eldar, it seems a good server, last night wasn’t too busy, even though I was only in Bree for a short period of time.

I’m in a good Kin, but saying that we have just had a big exodus of people. With the remaining lot the leader wants to start raiding in the next week or so.

Note to myself – more grinding so I can get lvl to 65 quicker to raid or buying more xp boosts :D
 
Anyone had trouble reactivating their subscriptions? Been trying since yesterday and even though its the same card as i used in August to subscribe it keeps declining it :confused:

Is that possible now with f2p?

Write a ticket mate, I'm sure they can sort sopmething out.
 
Of course its possible with F2P otherwise how would you get a VIP account?

Already submitted a ticket but it'll probably be a while to get a response so i thought i'd see if anyone else was in the same boat.

Edit: Actually had a reply already but sadly it was just generic crap. Most useful part was the little note that i might have to wait 48 hours due to the automated security crap. Oh well, sorted it using paypal instead >.>

I can't buy any points! Not sure what expansions I have either, when booting a picture of the latest one comes up and that's it, anyone know how I can check version or add ons I have?

Semi, I'm going to have a session on it now, but I'm still level 1 :) I'm on the snowbourn server and my avatar name is bezekial.
 
Dont forget people that a new server went online for EN so it maybe a good idea to join that one if you want a new fresh experiance. Rember the older ones may have q's to get into today since last night most servers didnt come online till 8pm uk time.

Cheers Semi, I must be doing something stupid because I can't find it anywhere, well I've just spent my first £15 on points so if it is available to buy then I mustn't have it, I won't buy it now if I haven't got it in anyway as I've read the summary of it and it says you should be level 60!

Hopefully some of these guys will hop online soon mate, I've heard that my server isn't great so I might switch but have no idea how that works!

I finally managed to log on last night about midnight,

my first character in LOTR made a Minstrel Human female managed to get upto level 7 im on the gilrain server? something like that name, its the English one anyway

hope there will be at least some PvP later levels no idea how to play anything yet other than run around doing quests very pretty atm tho :)

No idea who said Snowbourn isnt a great server because we are. Snowbourn has many good kinships that offer players end-game content or casual playstyle as well.

Names on our server are also not an issue.
 
When I finally start playing tonight I figure I'll just start on the newly created server a long with, hopefully, the majority of newer players.

if you log in to that link i gave you before, and look at the bottom where it says manage games. atleast thats where my games are but i do only have one, which was the first game released so maybe it doesnt show the expansions etc

Have fun with your mincer they are a nice class to play, you will always be needed for fellowship quests and instance and should find it alright levelling on your own if you so wish.

Pvmp (players versus monsters) comes at level 40 but requires a certain level of access - the store should sort it out if you have TP to spend. PvP is set in an area called The Ettenmoors and has 5 keeps situated around the map in which you can fight to take control of from the creeps (monster players), you get points also known as reknown from killin monster players and in Pvmp points go towards your rating and rank.
