Well those 120 points probably arent even from deeds you've done in the past anyway, those are probably from the reputation deeds that you got when you logged in today, so technically new deeds :)

On the plus side, you'll still be getting your anniversary bonus points :)
 
Just remembered I wont be. Not suscribed since the just before the summer (when my sub ran out and F2P was announced) and its only for people who have been subscribed as it went into F2P. :rolleyes:

Atleast I still have all my juicy gold, no gold cap for me! :D (and bag slots!)

Nope all old accounts don't have a cap (or at least as long as you were above it before and stay above it). Also keep all your trait slots, and for some reason (probably because I didn't check it last time I levelled) I have an extra class trait slot.

And I got my Harvest steed that I missed last year. Huzzah.

Ah see now there is something that I didn't know !

I just thought that all premium accounts even old ones had the usual premium 5 gold cap. That's another bonus for you then :)
 
Apologies if this has been covered, but I have tried on and off all night to try and run this game, and it gets stuck on updating and fails, the timer resets to 1min then fails again!

Anyone else had this? Anybody know how to fix it?
 
I just kept doing as they said and restarting the client and eventually it updated. I like the change in begining and the graphics look sharper, i've also noticed the running animation is less like the character is hopping and a lot more smoother.

Decided to restart and grind with the free to play folk, i've got one question though, i bought the loot bag before the summer and i have everything except for the bard discount scroll and my Bree Starter Steed, any ideas as to why those two objects aren't there anymore but everything else like my Rangers Cloak, ring and necklace etc are?

My hash error fixed itself, i left it trying to update when i went to work come back fully updated and ready to go. First thing i got from the shop was a cosmetic hood. been wanting a hood for ages! need to find one like the rangers mask but without the stupid conehead on the back. So what servers does everyone play on? im on Gilrain in a kin named Legacy of Heroes.
 
Snowbourn, i'm not in a Kinship, depends on the Kinship name mainly, unfortunately a lot of them on Snowbourn are utter crap.

What's Laurelin like anyway? Is it a populated server with decent interest in PvMP?

Yeah why is that? I'm on Snowbourn I've always found it hard to get a decent, well-balanced Kin. The one I'm in at the moment is "okay" I guess, but they're mostly bothered with high level stuff and it's normally always quiet in chat.

Saying that, I wouldn't want a Kin with spam every five seconds lol.

Go Eldar for PvMP, it's really the only option left for half decent, active pvp
 
Replacing the .js file fixed my hash error and I was able to log on last night. Found 4000 Turbine Points waiting for me too - woohoo! Bought Siege of Mirkwood straight off with those.

After logging in, though, I also got a few points for deeds that suddenly completed themselves.

Found what appears to be a bug -- I'm a VIP player (Lifetime Sub), and don't have Swift Travel unlocked?

I originally uploaded the all.js file to sendspace and posted it on the forum when the error first came about, i was pretty shocked but also not suprised at codemasters lack of a response regarding the hash error due to corrupt files on the patch server.

All they had to do was host it themselves and post a link rather than keep on saying the same old thing about it being fixed, when it wasn't.
 
If you have the Freeplay Preveiw Client do you have to install and redownload a different one ?

I haven't had time to look properly but I fired it up for about 2mins before bed last night and it just said the servers were down and didn't attempt to update anything.
