Yup warspeech is pretty handy, I have two gearsets on my Minstrel, one with gear and legendaries for soloing and the other with gear and legendaries for grouping.

Just got warspeech for my minstrel and all it does is improve piercing cry? guess its better for solo'ing anyway.

Improves piercing cry and gives you quite a decent nuke...whilst halving all your healing abilities.

With other bonuses from traits and items as you level it becomes pretty strong. Its not uncommon for my minstrel to hit for between 1,500 and 2000 damage on a hefty crit, not bad for a healer

I'd only played F2P until I brought some points when the sale was on, at which point I went to premium. I then added the BOXED MoM key to my account on the 30th and I'm now VIP until New Years Eve. No I didn't have SoA, just F2P/Premium, so Krooton has it wrong.

One cavet though, my account is actually with Turbine (on the US servers), not Codemasters (UK Servers), although from what I gather, a boxed MoM key should work on the UK servers as well.

Ah...well that explains it then, I simply assumed we were talking about the UK version of LOTRO. Explains why the official on the forums said that you dont get VIP from MoM too, as he will have been referring to the EU Lotro.

New UI updates are pretty nice especially like the crafting one even if it does take up most of my tiny laptop screen

I like the new Dwarf/Elf opening area as well. What the Dourhands have done to Thorins Hall is brilliant and the final quest to get the map and enter the world proper feels better.

Yeah I got an email saying that I had received several thousand points, but I think it was just a recap of the points I have received since the start because my actual total didnt rise ingame, so I am still on 8,270 tps.

Atm i have a Chestnut steed 162% speed 100 health
& their is one Grey Steed for 2g 25s - with the same stats?! why is it so expensive & i need to do book 15 to get it also.

I've just seen the ad for the new Steed of Night which is 1995 points for 168% speed and 250 health dunno if its worth it or not

OR
Get the goat 162% speed and can use at Moria

A lot of the different price fluctuations come about from the aesthetics of the different horses. The goat is definitely useful in Moria, although Moria does have quite a lot of travel routes anyway. The grey steed if I recall correctly comes free anyway when you fully complete Volume 1 (book 15), cant actually remember whether I had to pay anything or not when I got it, mind you, by the time you get it you are absolutely loaded anyway, I didnt finish V1B15 until I was level 60

Yup, I bought the Night Steed on my captain as its appearance goes well with his character.

There are a few different ones at 168%. I've just logged out, one mo, I will log back in and take a screenie of the night steed
