have you copied both the Launcher and Invoker exe's from you backup folder?
i wonder if payfor and lifers are getting prio on the updates? (can obviously understand why)

You don't enter your logon details until after the patching process so I would think it's the same for everyone F2p or a Lifetimer atm.
After reading a number of posts, it seems like there are a few issues!!
I hope when I get home later, I will double click on my launcher and the new patch will start straight away. I really don’t want to download the whole client again, that’s another +- 5hrs!!

If that’s the case and the patch doesn’t work with my current client , I might just do a fresh install.
They have found the file causing the hash error on the patch server and are replacing it now.
