I would think that a joke would be some thing brief and not something that you would require an unwilling employee to manage. (Unless that was part of the unappreciated joke on her).

Just skimmed through it, (Will listen to the whole thing later) but is there any mention of them planning to take more time to get things right? (As a matter of operational tempo, not just "taking a breath" and then going back to full sprin5 mode 24/7)
What little I heard regarding the quality of their content seemed to involve better "processes" and "procedures". At some point, the pace at which humans operate becomes so fast that errors are unavoidable. I suppose there are outlyers that operate at a crazy fast pace while maintaining an ecceptable error rate that can be accounted for with good processes/ oversight, but I expect finding enough of those people will require running a lot of average and even above average employees into the ground and a lot of turnover. - And the wheels seem to be falling off the cart in the mean time.
