LuxMark 2.0 Bench Thread

This is my 4930k @4.0 on it's own

If I run it at the same time as the 290Xs it only adds about an extra 70 points to the score the cards get on their own. I think most of it's processing power is used driving the GPUs and so there is little left over to add to the score.

Just for funnies, Phenom II x6 1090T @ 4Ghz

Q8200 @3ghz
4GB DDR2 @1066Mhz

Two points Lamb Shanks, two points! I will make that up somehow, even with lower clocks. Muahahahah!

I changed to the beta drivers and got a few extra points.

Complex - Score 2746
290 Crossfire @975/1250

I'm still waiting for someone to knock me off the top of the single GPU Table. :p

Don't tempt me. ;)

Don't worry though, im sure Kaap will be along to take all the crowns soon. He's the only one posting water cooled 290 benchmarks so we've got no chance against him. :D

He's just being nice, giving me some time at the top before kicking me off. :p

got 18842 on the hdr ball thing, can not take screenshot though as it crashes when its finished. Class this as an unofficial entry :)

Read it and weep Shanksy boi. Had to use Windows 8 diagnostic startup to get these scores. Can't beat you on Complex though, will have to settle for a draw, though i suppose i theoretically take 1st place as i have slightly lower gpu clocks. :p

14.4 Beta is definitely scoring higher than 14.4 WHQL for me.

Been having a quick play with this.

I've noticed a few things...
  1. Uncle Petey that's a good score, my 7950s don't come close to that! (Although they're not clocked nearly as high)
  2. While I can't beat Humbug's Single card score, I think my 7950s probably beat him on Bang-for-Buck based on their score. I think Uncle Petey's 7970CF probably beat that though, depending on how much he paid.
  3. The application seems to detect and display the clocks you were using when you loaded the application, however the score reflects the clocks you were actually running.

Yes it does not detect core overclocks so its important for people to list them. Scores definitely improve with overclocking though.

How do you find TriXX?

I only use it on my 7770 system as it allows for 1.35v where as afterburner only allows 1.3v.

Oh, didn't notice that it didn't detect overclocks at all (only noticed it at all after seeing Uncle Petey's screenshots, which do show his clocks correctly.

I've not noticed it detecting the correct clocks on Hawaii, but i don't recall if i actually restarted the program. Test it and post your results gm. :)
