Why are UK police "investigating" this anyway? It's not within their jurisdiction, surely it should be the Portuguese police to decide if they want to spend time and money investigating it themselves.
I wonder if the macans where a family from a council estate on minimum wage, would they have got similar funding? Or would they have had years of abuse thrown at them for leaving their kids unattended and drinking with friends?
Why are they looking for a child when they know the parents did it...?
Because they don't know the parents did it. There's no evidence that the parents did it.
There's less evidence that anyone else did it...
Scotland Yard disagrees.
Actually, I can assure with no realm of uncertainty, that higher powers than SY disagree.
There's no evidence that the parents did it.
Evidence please. Which powers? Where? Do they have any authority in this case?
Now that's not entirely true isn't it?
Considering how close David Cameron was to the case, in full view as well, it doesn't even need to be talked about.
The sniffer dog evidence is very compelling.
