Yes, it's still an hour. If you have to confirm your age, it takes you to your local store. If you visit it again, as the age is saved in a cookie, it'll show your edited region store.

No there weren't review copies so expect it to take a while to properly review. I suspect Saturday/Sunday at the earliest.

Keep in mind some folks did have rather early copies just by purchasing normally so some reviewers may have got there hands on it, we will see
