Story seems really cool, very much enjoyed the intro and I'm keen to see where it goes but I can't get used to the FPS lock so I think I'll put it on hold until it gets fixed. I'd completely forgotten how truly horrible 30fps is, I can barely drive like that especially after playing GTAV fairly recently.

That was a rush, found a police station in the frisco fields, managed to JUST steal an 18 wheeler..

Ok this'll do for some gameplay.

Died.. will make for a good enough video.

Not yet. Also the textures are average but the graphics are nowhere near as bad as some in this thread are making out. Heres a 1440p vid I took earlier.

It's not really like GTA aside from being open world. More story driven. I'm enjoying it.

Why is it a poor mans GTA? LOL they aim for different things. The story is all GTA games is crap.

am really enjoying it also got about 6 hours into it so far, soundtrack in this is superb also.

Release with 30fps cap on PC is inexcusable never mind anything else. Glad I lost interest in the game and haven't hurried to play it yet.

Wonder if the fps will be truly unlocked or whether they'll just use frame duplication which is no better - for some reason I've got a feeling they will try something condescending like that.

Only watched a couple of vids, looked like a GTA clone is all.

Never hugely fussed with the story in games, like decent gameplay.

I'm 4 hours into it and really liking it. Once you are able to look past the graphics and frame-rate, underneath is quite a good game.

I don't to read too many comments here for fear of spoilers.

But I watched the Giantbomb video for this and really liked what I saw, story wise. I might pick this up later when the PC improvements have been made and it comes on sale.

Saying that... worth getting Mafia 2?

MF 3 is truly awful for the pc

- 30 fps lock and the fps still drops.... stutter galore
- awful graphics, mafia 2 actually looks better imo

At least 21.9 support is there though

Anyone know how to scale the Ui on 4K? as I have to switch to 1080p to make the Ui readable
