*** Mass Effect 3 ***

I have no idea what you just said.

Also I edited my post slightly with more info.

Also why are you talking about eggs?

The eggs thing is a colloquialism for "you're changing the subject" or "non sequitur" if you're into your Latin. The question is why are used game sales a bad thing? So some brick-and-mortar game shops can profit from them... so what?

Well I've Finally Finished and am laying out my Judgements *Ahem*

I have to congratulate Bioware on the epicness of all events preceeding the mission to earth except... Mordins Sacrifice! After releasing the cure he blatently had time to get the hell out of there but no he had to finish the damn Gilbert & Sullivain which ultimately proved to be his downfall!(heh Imagine reading the autopsy report on that... Cause of death: Gilbert & Sullivain)

Next I have to say the multi-player is damn good a bit repetetive on the missions but they've left room to expand it to be story driven if they were to put a lot of effort and time into it.

Finally concerning the endings, controversy and theorys my views are as follows.

IMHO Bioware purposefully ended it this way... as to why here are my two cents.

They were always going to finish the Story with DLC regardless of which ending you chose it's damn blatent that shepard is under the effects of indoctrination there are just too many contridictions, plot holes and blatent clues that point to such a conclusion and to be honest it is an ending especially if you chose the synthesis option which I believe symbolises the successful indoctrination of shepard... which probably means in the dlc you'll have to take him down if you chose this ending or play from the reapers side of things... On the other hand with the Control and Destroy endings you'll take back the role of shepard who'll have just regained conciousness and is trying to complete the mission which may or may not be possible given the time that'll have elapsed in the process of indoctrination.
Where things go from there who knows...

As for Bioware and their behavior during all this here a re my thoughts:

The ending was designed to have this effect on us technically turning us into a marketing tool by causing such an uproar. To those gamers who've shown no interest or who've yet to play any of the games(and tbqf they must've been in a coma, living under a rock for so long or just not be interested with videogames) are being drawn to the franchise through curiosity as to what could cause such anger and damn right fanaticism in the online and general community as a whole. Bioware are just prolonging the controversy with their twitter comments, the official Statements made and general lack of information just so they can milk the series for all it's worth it's a damn risky marketing technique and it appears to be paying off. But I doubt they'll try it again as the anger is getting out of hand as it is and if they were to admit this was thier scheme anger would increase and business practise suits may be called to make them answer for an extremely risky and generally shady marketing practice.

Lots of people have come to that conclusion, however surely they would have said something by now? ......It really has backfired on them, I don't think they realised just how much people would hate the ending.

Have you seen the indoc videos?

Lastly, do you think they will charge for it?

Man, I thought people were overreacting at how bad the endings were.

Think it's time I jumped on the bandwagon.

Honestly, this retake movement is slightly dubious, though I believe it's motives are pure, I don't like the way it piggyback on to a charity donation in order to drum up support. I don't like all the negative press it is getting though, it is completely ridiculous.

Something is definitely up though, with so many people thinking the same thing.

Does it annoy anyone else when they say Comm 'booies' rather than buoys?
Drives me mental.

oh and

I started playing ME1 again last night just out of curiosity, and you only need to be 10-20 mins in to realise how much was cut from ME3 in terms of character interaction options and item customisation and management.

Looking at my saved games I completed ME1 in 30hrs, ME2 in 60 hrs (no doubt due to all the DLCs) and ME3+FA DLC in 30hrs (DLC will increase this some of course when it comes).. So while I appreciate the eye candy aspect of ME3, its really a pity that it is at the expense of a deeper and more absorbing RPG experience.

Nevertheless, ill probably play through them all again and hopefully by the time I get through ME3 for the second time they may have some solution to the ending thats causing so much nerd rage. If they wanted to end it like that, then its fine for me, but it really should have made some logical sense and taken into consideration the major decisions made throughout the series.

Still loved all the games though, but ME2 is my fav by a long way.
