I'm not too fussed really. I love the ME series and this being the finishing touch to it, I don't mind going all out for it.

Since it's a story driven game, the multiplayer is some tacked on horde type mode.

Lol, now im the exact opposite, i can't bring myself to play the game without the dlc ( because of the nature of the dlc ) however, i haven't preodered the game, so i'll sit tight for a few weeks/month, just to see what happens to the price of the game & dlc.

No. I'll get the standard edition. Maybe. We'll see if I can get arsed about Origin or not.
Maybe people get lucky and a few lower employees get fired.
And I don't really understand the fuss about it. If they sold the game in 20 pieces it would be ok for me as long as it's worth the money i have to pay for it. It's just the same as with every "complete" game. I might not regret spending 50€ on a game that 2 hours short but supremely entertaining and I might regret spending 10€ on a game that is 100 hours long but totally boring.
If they cut out every squad member and still charged 50€ I would probably wait for reviews because I would be worries that 50€ would be too much for the content I get. But for me it hasn't got anything to do with whether they split up the game. Just if the content is worth the money.

The more people that back out the better. I applaud anyone with the conviction to say "no, sir. I don't like it" and stick to their guns.
