Has anyone else's Fact or Fiction quest bugged out?
I can't get it to complete despite me doing everything I thought I had to?
Worked fine for me now issue. Went back to guy and ticked off fine and is in my completed mission list.
Mine's stuck on Disable Security Matrix. If I go back into the main building where you fight a boss, I can't see as the graphics in that area are severely bugged.
EDIT: My bad. I'd missed three other security box things. No idea how; I scanned every other square inch of the complex ha.
I only just finished that quest, interesting graphics bugged out on you as it did for me too when the ships exploded, it was as if the smoke was casting a large black block that was spinning about. Both companions bugged out in the boss battle as well, peebee just hanged out on the upper floor not doing a thing and jaal just wanted to hug the boss for an insta death. 17 hours in and only buggyness I've come across.
For me it was a blindingly white flash that was flickering at about 10Hz. I literally got stuck at the end for a few secounds as I couldn't see which was the way back into the building not off the cliff ha. Even after leaving Voeld and going back, it still occurs. Thankfully I don't have to go back again.
Does the Kett respawning do anyones head in?
I've taken out all the Kett operations etc and stopped their comms, yet dropships are still buzzing about. I'll clear a kett outpost, go into a Remnant ruin, and come out again, and the Kett will all be back again.
Just to anyone on the fence about this game, this is to me, my second favourite Mass Effect game. It's behind ME2 but far better than ME3 and a bit better than ME1, especially in combat.
The game has been heavily criticised for its poor facial animation, bugs and some sub-par writing which are completely fair points, however looking past those things and looking at the game over all, it's still a solid entry into the Mass Effect franchise, people love to jump on the bandwagon and slate how bad it is because that's the "cool thing to do" and it's easy YouTube video views, it's just a shame to judge it so harshly when they've only played to the first vault, but the game gets so much better after that point. Also Jaal is by far one of the best characters in the ME series.
Don't get me wrong, I still have gripes with the game, especially the amount of animation time flying between planets, but it didn't stop my enjoyment of the game.
Yeah annoying, this is where tactical cloak is a god send, run past them all![]()
Agree with the most part. I can't and don't really see it as ME4; it's a whole new story in the same lore/universe. It's never going to top the other three for me, but then that's not really a bad thing. I just add it to the experienceJust to anyone on the fence about this game, this is to me, my second favourite Mass Effect game. BTW, did you know Cora was Huntress with the Asari Commandos?!![]()
Had my first two issues playing yesterday after 40 hours, whilst talking to someone twice it caused my PC to hard lock and reboot itself.
The Priestess on Voeld by any chance?
Nope just a random person on Nexus.
I enjoyed my first run, started a second but hit an issue with NG+. You still have all the quest items so as soon as you talk to certain people near the beginning of the new game, the movie night quest completes and gets bugged
Apart from that it's been good.
What do you start with in NG+. I note armour and weapons go up to level 80, topped out into mid 60's and can't see how one would get to 80 without a new game.
I guess you could if you just keep hitting Kett as they respawn, but it would be a huge grind.
