I've just found out where that annoying kid in Zion is from.

He was in the Matrix, and managed to actually escape without outside help, he beleived it was fake so much he managed to leave the Matrix without the red pill or any of the tracking stuff you see in the first film.

Hence why Neo keeps saying "You saved yourself". The last story in The Animatrix explains it.
 
i thought it was ok

i felt like the it could have been done better tbh for me there was to much action and not enough depth...

i prefered the first one

it was just badly made and far to hollywood...

tbh this trilogy could have been so so much more and that is why it was so disapointing

there was some such rediculously bad scences i almost wanted to leave at points...

'I love you to damn much' OMG HOW EMBARISINGLY BAD!

i was just left thinking, what a waste...

You're absoloutley right, if I want action and adventure I should go and see a film where the mail selling points are kung-fu and guns and indeed "gun-fu" and maybe some evil machines that have enslaved mankind............. oh.......... hang on !!!
 
The Wachowski bros aren't "hollywood", they were inspired by a lot of anime, like Ghost in the Shell. They talked with the director of it too, and explained what they wanted to make. The director of GitS liked their ideas. He liked the way it wasn't going to be a blatent ripoff like what Disney do with stories.

Guess theres no pleasing some people. The best way to deal with films today, is just ignore them until they come out. I didn't read anything, or watch anything about Matrix2 so that when I saw it all I had to go on was Matrix1. I came out astounded by what they'd shown me. Don't go in thinking "Well this guy said it was bad" or nuffin like that. Don't be tainted by hype or reviewers.

This is why i left b4 the revolutions trailer. I don't wanna see a trailer for a movie I know will be awesome, and that I'll definetly go see. I wanna see it the way the Wachowski bros wrote it.
 
i did exactly the same i didnt read any spoilers or watch the makin of.... just went to see it and thought it ws kool

1 thing i did do tho was watch the trailor for the 3rd film

I don't think he meant at once, rather that the anomaly would increase, and so his equations would break down.

One idea I’ve had, is that Neo himself is this "Bug-patch", hes gone through the process of being an anomaly aka the people of Zion, and returned to the source to integrate what he has learned into the equations of the architect. All unknowingly of course. It has some kinda of weird symmetry to me.

I'm thinking that he may have been created by the machines for that reason. Whether hes become more than that, who knows :)

either way I think reloaded, will stand or fall depending on Revolutions. Either its a work of genius or a pile of poo, we can't tell till the loop is complete. It certainly has had one of the effects it was intended to have; people can't stop talking about it either way.

THe matrix inside a matrix thing just doesnt seem to be what they would do for the last movie. They gotta go out with a bang. Yea the story will be complicated with neo being able to stop centinals in the real world but still its gonna be something different.

I mean him and smith are laying there unconcious and somethings gonna happen.

Smith said a part of neo was overwritten onto him. Maybe they will both meet in there subconcious and its gonna be a mass fight to the death. Ofcourse we know whos gonna win.
 
it is not necessarily true that he would see the coding of the matrix... if zion is in the matrix it is gonna be an outer layer so to speak and therefore would have a different "level" of programming. just as say dos is the core of the matrix and if u are blind to it, its just say like the real world but neo can see the coding... well then if he comes "up" to windows he can no longer see the code, but it does not necessarily mean it is not there.. (sorry for the bad analogy)

just got back from watching it for a second time.... and it was definitly worth it, it was better the second time, and as for the matrix within a matrix i really dont think this is why neo was able to stop the sentinals! i think its got more to do with the fact that agent smith and neo share something (agent smith can detect neo when hes in the matrix)
maybe neo can detect the presence of sentinals/programs outside of the matrix????
who knows??? no one yet :cool:

the two guards, guarding the keymaker.

Just before she kills one of them Persephone goes "they are usefull cos they are so hard to kill, after all who has silver bullets in their gun"
