Again, pretty pleased with my squatting today :cool:

Where in the blue hell did that last set of deadlifts appear from :eek:

10 reps again on 45kg, bit disappointing but onward and upwards.

Klokov presses are savage :eek:
 
I don't think you need to grip with proper snatch width on K. Presses, just wide enough; having your arms making like two 45 degree's (like a V) seems to be sufficient, as BTN presses with the kind of thumbs near delts width you'd use for typical OHP = no thanks shoulders jeff.

The main potential for damage is getting sloppy letting the bar come down and it landing on bone rather than your traps. Very much a case of no thanks jeff.
 
Yeah I am going to get used to the movement and get comfortable bringing it down onto my traps before I up the weight.

Good exercise to throw in though :)

My diet may not be where I want it to be but the strength gains I am getting are ridiculous.

I can remember 50kg OHP being my 1RM :eek:

Also did a small bit of HIIT on the bike 3 mins then 30 secs x3, the end of the 30 seconds couldn't come soon enough...

Dropped the weight on the assistance work too.

Finished off with another short 10 minute HIIT session on the bike.
 
Dude - not being funny or anything, but the jacked look is definitely good on you.

Awesomely epic work. And your strength gains are just as impressive... Is this the DA kicking in? :D
