But Shakeel will just tell you 'you dont understand Islam, go read the Koran', the book that keeps on telling me that Muslims should be killing me cos I'm an Infidel / Kuffar / Sinner / Blasphemor for lots and lots of different things.

Oh right, and they expect me to respect it, and believe that its peaceful.

I'm afraid that my braincells will die while reading it, and it will convert me into an anti-semetic hatter.

I actually feel like converting to Judaism now, but I dont believe in God. Meh, and its too much work to convert to Judaism lol.

Don't forget it also tells you that it is okay to beat your wife. Admittedly one of the translations changes it to 'lightly beat', but apparently the original text has no such modifier.

The biggest sin of all in Islam? Worse than absolutely anything else in the whole religion? ...

Polytheism.

And the gods I used to worship when I were 5 were in drawn artistic forms / Idol statues.... even more terrible sin. I can see the radical Muslims reaching for their Scimitars right now.

But I was speaking the truth when I said that I have it next to the toilet. I was originally intending to do it in a couple of big reads, but it is so hard to make sense of that I have to do it piecemeal while I'm having a crap. (Depending on how I view it when I finish it, you can guess at it's potential fate)
Done the Bible and the Talmud is next (and I expect the Talmud to be as nasty as the Q'uran).

I quite like reading the rubbish you spout off time and time again...its like listening to a broken record ie i hate islam and muslims over and over and over again....yeh we get it no need to keep shouting it out lol.

As for Shakeel??...im not defending him at all....seems like your a tad bit jealous as thats the second time you have mentioned his name and mine....

Seriously grow up and stop acting like a petulant child....you come across as being a thoroughly unlikeable chap.

Anyhow its been fun but its time for bed as i need to be up in a few hrs time for my morning prayers....ill do a prayer for you, bhavv and tip top in the vain hope that all 3 of you can grow up and gain some knowledge:)....might be impossible but ill try my best:).

But watch the usual Muslim retort that Allah is God and we are all believers in the same God so you are not disbelievers. Weird that Jesus had diametrically opposed views to Mohammed when they both represented the word of the same God isn't it?

This isnt fun anymore, theres no Shakeel or Spawn to tell me more about Shirk, you know, from their loving and peaceful religion that teaches tolerance and respect for all.

in islam we believe when someone converts all the past sins are forgiven. you did shirk as a hindu not as a muslim. if you are a muslim and you associate partners with god then its shirk

the reason i told you to read the quran was becuase the only way you have learnt about is by using the net and from other muslims. you dont know how much knowladge the other muslims had or how good these muslims were.

the only was you will find out is by reading the quran.

But let's be frank... It's all just a bunch of hokum isn't it :rolleyes: And for those who believe it's not, mostly they've just been brought up to accept it... How popular is Catholicism in Iran or Pakistan? Strangely not, as it's not shoved down peoples throats there from birth...

Anyway, for those that believe in this sort of stuff, if it brings you happiness great. But - and here's the entire purpose of the thread and 'Draw Mohammed Day' - please don't try and force this hokum on others, especially by threats and worse still actual acts of violence...

People have had enough of this sort of behaviour, and are poking jolly good fun at it... And it deserves it IMHO.
