Seems very targeted at businesses and I'm not convinced why they would be considering upgrading as a matter of urgency anyway as they're mostly using the OS to run an executable which will remain running just fine in W10 as will their browser or email client. Seems like they're trying to use a hammer to smash a nut that no one asked them to fix. Better to stop intrusions into the network and staff opening email attachments which I'm guessing TPM is going to do jot about.
