You are correct. Like I said before, there is much information and misinformation flying around.

It's going to be quite telling where Erdogan pops up.
 
Not sure what dowie is going on about.

It is pretty obvious the coup has failed. Civilians have taken control of significant parts of Istanbul.

There have been many pictures of soldiers backing off.

it isn't obvious at all - it might well fail but it is clearly still ongoing - unless you've got a crystal ball...

I mean they've just bombed parliament!

There is no coup anymore. It has obviously failed.

If some of the remaining soldiers want to commit terrorism, it won't help them achieve a coup.

More pictures coming out with armed police on the streets now.

it might have failed, it really hasn't 'obviously' failed yet given that it is quite clearly still going... stating 'there is no coup anymore' right after the military has just bombed the parliament building is being rather premature to say the least!
