The McLaren and Red Bull Formula 1 teams are in a legal dispute over the latter's new head of aerodynamics Dan Fallows.

Red Bull announced on Wednesday morning that Fallows would become its new aero chief, and that Peter Prodromou, who has agreed a deal to join McLaren, would begin a period of "gardening leave" before taking up his new post at the Woking team.

Think McLaren will lose this one ( ie Fallows will end up in the more senior RBR position)

They may get compensation but its the experience / knowledge they were after)

If he has signed a contract with McLaren then he is up *** creek.

Which is exactly why I mentioned compensation.

The reason I said what I did is that McLaren are not likely to force someone to work for them who doesnt want to, its not in their interest for several reasons

Rumours brewing that BMW are considering a return as Engine supplier.

Was thinking the other day that with the new rules that manufacturers love and with Mercedes having a lot of success at the moment, surely BMW could make the case to their board to get back into F1. As long as it's only as a supplier of engines rather than do a Ferrari/Mercedes.

Good, more manufacturers in the sport means a healthier future looking forwards. :)
Indeed. More competition in terms of engine choice and perhaps lower costs as well, could benefit the lower teams.
