Were testing the flip flop rubbish, when we should have this

And that car doesn't 'ok to far away from next years refs, wider, lower. But with the added benefits of much simpler wings which would help following :(. Although it wouldn't be that rounded and sexy.

F1 needs some direction.

You would lose massive amounts of downforce and downforce that isn't practically sensitive to dirty air. You relay dint wont to remove floor space.

That car is how 2017 rules should look like, just wouldn't be as curvy. They've gone wider and lower. But didn't immanent the basic no frills frott and rear wigs. Which would mean falconer following, instead cars are going to babe even further away from each other next year.

I din understand how they keep messing up rules so badly.

Wider car.
Far simpler wings
Remove drs
Lower and wider rear wing
Wider tyres for more mechanical grip
Bring back blown diffuser to replace loss of aero dynamics.

That should solve most of the issues they and we have moaned about, and make the cars look a lot better,

Looking at those cars... Serious lack of sponsorship.

Thats because no one is watching it anymore :p

I am sure taking part of the season off terrestrial was the death knell of F1.

I know countless people who have simply lost interest seen as they can't follow the whole season ( including me to a certain degree). No one i know has bought sky sports to follow it...

The UK audience accounts for less than 5% of the F1 viewers. Moving to Sky meant diddly squat in the big picture.

It is not just this country it has happened in though.

True. But your post mentioned "part of the season off terrestrial" and Sky, so was very UK focused.

The global TV audience has shrunk, primarily due to a move to Pay TV across the world. However, the income from TV rights is the largest its ever been, as is the income from race host fees. The FOM prize pool is the biggest its ever been, the teams are getting more money from FOM now than ever before, and people are always saying they want the teams to get more FOM money.

True, but i just just meant in general terms. It is no surprise viewing figures have dropped a fair bit since 2011/2012 after being steady for 4 years or so.

Seriously, put some effort in.

It's a good thing for him I'm not a moderator on here, because I'd have banned him long ago for posting stuff that had never seen a shred of proof-reading.

He does it on purpose because it's become his 'thing'. He thinks its funny.

He will quite often go back and edit posts to correct things or add extra comments, yet deliberately leave in spelling mistakes when he does.
