MSI GTX780 Lightning due 07/08/13

When you get the evbot, make sure you update it to the latest firmware else,
Some of the limits won't be available on the 780 classy.

Just order my 1200 pound upgrade today including this bad boy and a shiny new Benq 144hz monitor and water cooling upgrades *does happy dance* lol
 
Just read TPU review, I knew the cooler was not good simply just seeing the released pictures :p

In fairness, not totally sure standard reviews are always fair to these type of cards. Still shocked they could not get some Samsung for this limited production card.

I called it way back. Using Elpida on such a good card is a crying shame.
 
£600 is hardly an impulse buy, in fact it's a ridiculous price to pay for a GPU.

AMD better not come out with 780 beater and price it at £500, if so I'm gonna sell up and buy a PS4.

Who cares? I've just bought a 780 myself knowing fine well AMD's new card will likely outperform it by a few % but it keeps competition healthy between the two companies. Every piece of tech you buy depreciates fast anyway.
