That pushing it in my opinon, it needs to be 750W to be secure. You could get away with it but it's tight.

My 625w Sapphire Psu quite happily runs 2 x 460gtx,s as well as 3 hdd,s and a 955BE @ 4ghz... Total load according to my power meter whilst gaming is around 420W.....
Your seasonic with 48A on the 12v should easily power 2 of these...
