Ah fair enough. Still good enough. Just wanted to be protected down the line.

Apart from flashing colours over it and rubbing it, is there anything else i can try?
Baddass said:REALLY easy to do. It's just an option in the software which allows you to assign gridlines to wherever you want. I have the screen split exactly down the middle. Then all you do is hold ALT when you maximise a window and it fills it to the grid! very handy, and works a treat
I also set hot key short cuts to get the Nvidia drivers to rotate the screen so when i move it to portrait i just hit a button and sorted!
Nope - I did make the suggestion to the Catalyst team back when I went from nVidia to ATI in May/June using the info I posted here - didnt hear anything back - that was just before 5.6s were out...popdog said:Has anyone managed to split the desktop using an ATI card? I bought this monitor from Overclockers for christmas and am really pleased with it
Would just like a way of "splitting" the desktop in two so that windows can be maximized to fill half the screen. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated
This monitor is superb for Civilization 4
