I have read some bad things about the Crucial SSDs, you should go for OCZ Vertex series i think.

And i still think that 3 x 285 is a waste, judging from the anand article 2 x 4870x2 is about the same, but cheaper.

It's another case of more money than sense.....but should be an absolute beast

It might cut down on the heating bills, you can just all sit round the PC

Awesome spec and that case will look great

you might want to rethink the cooler if you are thinking of overclocking. I'm no an i7 expert so will let others chip in with advice.

Yes, pointlessly excessive in fact.

Good luck not burning out the 280 OC you're going to be putting in the middle of the other two...the temps are going to be insane on that middle card.

Tri-Sli is a waste of money at the moment tbh, 1000w is overkill.
EDIT: a setup like this should be ALL watercooled or your temps are going to be crazy three 280 oced close by each other good luck with your insurance.

Really nice set up, i don't see everyone problem in spending £2500 on a computer. If you have the spare money and youve worked hard and saved for it why not splash out.
