Still, im finding it hard to justify to myself and my parents spending 600 odd quid on a tv for my room.

Would you find £300 for a monitor and £300 for a TV hard to justify?

Anyone got any recommendation on a graphics card to run dual monitors? My sammy comes in next few days and i want to be able to switch between my monitor and lcd.

I have a 5600XT the now, will this support it? I dont want to spend much on a graphics card as i dont use my pc for gaming no more.

Budget?

I think I made a mistake in ordering mine from the "kingdom straight"-type place. It's been on order for 3-4 weeks and they still don't have any in stock. :(

No!! I think everyone is getting muddled up again. The R41 and R51 are identical apart from a slight cosmetic change to the besel.

The M51 is different cosmetically, but has an entirely different screen, supposedly with a 3000:1 contrast ratio and 8ms response (as opposed to the 800:1 and 12ms of the R41/R51 models)
Whether or not the 8ms is a true figure (or whether it's still 12ms but measured differently) is a different matter, but the M51 models are the newer versions of the R41/R51.

The M models are very rare and I haven't seen any for sale in any shops. The 26" version is a minimum of £799 online, where as the 26" R41 model is around £625. Big difference! :D

Got my 32" M Model for £911 about 3 weeks ago but do seem to be sold out ans the 26" is hard to come by.

They wont change it anyway, exact same problem I had. Fortunately there was a problem with the VGA port in which they are sending out a replacement straight away...

Samsung have a 3 or more dead pixel standard, so wont care with anything under that...

What would be better for this screen then for playing the 360?
VGA or the componant cable that comes with it? (prem)

Apparentely there's little difference in the two...

I'm interested what the VGA cable has to offer though, will prob buy one (when i can get hold of one) and check out the difference
