Just to give u an update I had slight backlight bleed in one corner I have now had it for about 1 and half months and its completely cleared up and all is now perfect :D

So just to say to everyone only try to get them replaced if your screen really has problems like some of the unlucky guys above. :(

Got mine yesterday very please with picture not noticed any backbleed either just 1 red stuck/lazy pixel on a black back ground but i'm going to stick with it hardly notice it at all only if i look hard.

Just one question thou want the best product to clean the screen seen it somewhere on the forum but dammed if i can find it.

Argh OCUK have them on the special offer page! Pay day cant come fast enough!

Does seem to be a bit of pot luck regarding the revision you get, can any one at OCUK confirm if these have '631' serial numbers?

bleed in left corner only now, after 24 hours. Its very faint so i will give it a week to burn in. Big improvement on the last model image wise. :)
Hi, good to hear that. I would personally suggest that users wait for a couple of days (sometimes even week) until monitor is "settled and burn in" as initial impressions when you start the monitor from cold can be quite deceiving. Even I had slight bleed in one corner only and after few days monitor settled down and now is peach black (I already posted the pictures of my screen in the dark).

As I already explained in some of my previous posts, your picture improvement is related with the fact that panel uniformity is much better now.

WOW, the monitor is sooo bright. I was just watching some game videos i had before on this new monitor and its like i havent seen them before, there seems to be so much detail that i seemed to miss with my 17inch CRT.

Very impressed so far for my first LCD. However i was using the UDPixel program from this link http://udpix.free.fr/ and i set the Flash Window setting to 10 and pressed start and it came up with 8 flashing boxes from the top left in a diagonal line? Does this indicate 8 dead/stuck pixels? I cant seem to notice them when changing to any colour it seems.

Any advice please?
