need your feedback (pc build)

As you don't have the drivers/spare USB - try the SATA controller on IDE.

Small performance loss - but you won't notice - and it may get you up and running.

Calrify: You are using the USB 2.0 header on the back of the motherboard for the USB Windows install (black NOT blue)?

I do have access to another PC. Just don't know what to download and where from. I've tried all USB ports.
I'm not 100% sure what your describing.

As it's not a USB 3 issue the you may need the AHCI drivers for install (although) windows 7 latest downloads should have them pre-installed.

Set the BIOS back to AHCI and download the [15.5.0.1051] - download the Windows 7 64 bit version (if your sure that is what you have).

Here are the drivers you will need - Clicky - Click on SATA RAID/AHCI

I can't that's as much as the site can do - i've described how to get there and named the file.

It's just two clicks if you follow my instructions:
  • Page link
  • Click on SATA RAID/AHCI
  • download the [15.5.0.1051] - download the Windows 7 64 bit version (if your sure that is what you have).

EDIT:

This is the description of the driver for good measure:

Intel SATA Preinstall driver
(For AHCI / RAID Mode)
Note: Windows setup to read from USB thumb drive.

OS: Windows 10 64bit,Windows 8.1 64bit,Windows 7 64bit

Well, i'm not 100% sure what it is you're describing as the 'USB windows 7 installation driver error' can mean a number of things (i've ruled out USB 3 being one).

The next obvious one is that you need the AHCI driver to be manually added during install - so that Windows can the carry on the process.

When you get to the Windows 7 install screen and you see the partitions, drives etc.. Look for the 'Load Drivers' option and then select it. Be sure that you have the pen drive with the AHCI driver plugged in prior to boot up (or if that doesn't work add it when on that screen) - but don't boot from it.

Select the pen drive you have AHCI driver saved in and click on it, then they should install or follow prompts...

As much as i know from memory - been years since i did the above.

If that doesn't work - you're going to have to write a comprehensive description of the problem - as i'm having to second guess you to a degree - and if the above doesn't work i'm going to need a lot more input.

It won't even let me to screen where u can choose anything. All I can do is pressing start installation button, after few seconds I get screen that there is no driver.

Thank for staying with me
No worries.

You may need to add the usb 3 drivers to your install - even though you're using the USB 2 port(?).

Could you clarify how you added the Windows install to the USB pen? (MS tool?)

Genuine Microsoft tool, and today I've tried some third party tool and it didn't do any worse or better
Then we'll try adding additional drivers tomorrow.

But reformat pen drive, fat 32, and reapply the MS USB Tool/Windows 7 64bit.

Then we'll add the USB 3 drivers - this has been known to work even when using usb 2.

Also, flash to latest BIOS.

Actually I might be taking my PCto a friend who has optical drive, that will solve the problem. Either way I'll go back here tomorrow morning. Any chance I can give u my facebook so we can communicate more efficiently?

This is my only real digital footprint - i don't use facebook.

The forums will work - if you can elaborate a bit more with some of your posts that would help me a lot. But I appreciate that English is not your first language so i imagine it's probably difficult - so don't sweat it if you can't.
