Only change the multiplier from 43 to 42 and the core voltage to 1.25v.

F10 and exit.

I can set CPU voltage to a manual setting?
Currently on offset mode it's on 1.176v when in BIOS menu.

Is this what I'm setting manually?

Idle temps:
40 37 37 38 ish
