I'll tell you what though as well, that syncreon website is utterly atrocious.
 
Mine also seems to have had made miraculous progress and gone from confirmed to shipped as of today - currently somewhere in the Netherlands if tracking is to be believed.

Let's hope that they had a sudden delivery of components, and not a pallet load of rejected monitors returned!

when did you ordered?

edit: just checked... mine shipped as well :O

Similar to the other posts above, my order status just changed from "Order Confirmed" to "In Production" to "Shipped" within a few hours. My card has also been charged so hopefully it will be here soon. Supposedly the parcel has departed the Netherlands hub, not sure if it's air freight or road.
 
ok all i can help you must know of course that dells customer disservice is not in england or europe but in india so tbh they have not got a clue .the monitors are assmbled in china and then shipped. but the head office in bracknell do process the orders etc. but their system is disjointed . your experience i have seen were similar to mine in sempember i ordered mine on 13/9 and received it 22/9 the original advised date was 10/10 but it came earliar. but now there are reviews of the monitor they are getting more orders world wide. mine is very good i cannot fault it . all i need now is a rtx3080 to run it. atm using an olde gtx1080ti its ok but want to run ac odyssey and valhalla at beter fps.
 
So my refurbished unit just turned up. Haven't noticed any scratches on dead pixels just yet.

The monitor itself is phenomenal. Well happy with this over the monitor I was originally going to go for (the Acer VG271UP).
