I ordered on the 7th and just got a delayed again notice to 17th Nov. Hopefully it will come sometime next week otherwise I may well cancel. This is the worst customer service I've seen. If they gave an accurate date which guarantees delivery then I wouldn't mind but to constantly change the due date is ridiculous.

Oh, if we're talking the DGF, then my 5th Oct order is due 18th Dec!
 
Well cancelled my A model on Monday, still had to reject delivery yesterday! Finally got CS to give me a refund.
Got the refurb one for £40 less than the Dell discounted price.
Would have preferred the new one from Dell, but for £60 less (with return cost of refurb) decided to stick with refurb.
If it goes wrong just gives me an excuse to get something better :)

Out of interest can you let us know which date your ordered the DGFA and when did it arrive?

The refurb is fine. No scratches/dead pixels/ips glow seems fine. Even had the sticky lables on it.
Dunno if someone returned or cancelled order etc.
 
I've ordered the S2721DGF on 5/10 and it got delivered 8/10, which was surprisingly fast.
Ordered another S2721DGF on 6/10 and it got delivered 27/10, but its actually a S2721DGFA.

Now i'm a bit confused, since i have one S2721DGF and one S2721DGFA here.

Does anyone know the difference?

They look the same, only the firmware (S2721DGF M3T101 & S2721DGFA M3T201) is different, but i couldnt find any difference in the OSD apart from the different model no?
 
I've been watching this thread for a while and thought I'd sign up and chip in.
I ordered the S2721dgfa on 5/11 and it's not arrived. I have my 3rd revised shipping date of 13th now with delivery for 17th but I'm not hopeful that it will come then, but fingers crossed!

AS far as I can decern tell they are exactly the same - the difference is the manual (one has compliance statements for European Standards)
 
From Dell;

I see that, there is a lead-time on this model due to which there is a delay, the concern department will ship the order based on first in and first out priority once the unit is available in the manufacturing facility. As per the order status, the estimated shipping date is 13.11.2019 and the estimated delivery date is 17.11.2019. You can also, try tracking the order online and once the order is shipped, you will receive a notification email and the invoice of the order.
 
Just called Dell to complain about the 3 delayed order emails and said it's not acceptable. So they are giving me an extra 10% off when the unit arrives, which means it should take it just below £300.
