If you ordered on the 5th Nov, you'll have had it 2 days ago.
If you ordered on the 6th Nov until I think about Monday this week, you'll be delayed now till the 17th.
I ordered on the 7th and just got a delayed again notice to 17th Nov. Hopefully it will come sometime next week otherwise I may well cancel. This is the worst customer service I've seen. If they gave an accurate date which guarantees delivery then I wouldn't mind but to constantly change the due date is ridiculous.
