Next England Manager

His track record isn’t great, apart from his stint at Mainz, he doesn’t seem to have put down any roots. The appointment doesn’t fill me with confidence, bizarre.
 
Bit of a 'meh' appointment for me.

I don't think his stock was particularly high after being at the helm whilst Bayern Munich delivered their first trophyless season in forever, so this is probably a nice job for him - comes with a bit of prestige, England haven't won anything in forever so you can't do much worse than that, squad is shaping up great on paper and he doesn't have to take a club job at a lesser team (for a while).

Edit - on reflection, I don't know who I would name (as a realistic option) if I were to be asked "Who isn't a 'meh' appointment?", so perhaps this ambivalence is more the fact i'm not really that bothered about who the England manager is :p

Well based on what people are saying about Tuchel we can still hope for Howe in a couple of years
