I wouldn't hate it, but they force you to use it now, especially with YouTube. Google seem to have a well-known habit of absolutely destroying YouTube.

Been getting webpages updates for Months, it only works on some sites. I think right now I get everything that is possible with Google Now, including deliveries, movies, stocks, sports, travel, and so on.
Web page updates?
I don't get all that much in terms of cards. I only really get stuff that's in my calendar. I like how it suggests the best time to leave to make it to my appointment although it doesn't really work without knowing traffic. If I left at its suggested times I would be late for work by 10 minutes everyday.

I removed the mod to enable stuff and nothing in Now has changed, so I guess they're not US only.
Ah yes. I have seen stuff like this before. Every so often though. I don't really follow football but I added Nottingham Forest to see what cards it comes up with. After last nights match it tells me the score and also found some web pages about the game.
I also have the Winter Olympics card as you do.

Never changed a single thing on my device, been getting most of the updates since they where released. I get a lot of news from OCUK too which is nice, and sites like anandtech. It doesn't seem to do it for all sites which is nice, I could only imagine how crazy it would be.
