I gave my wife my one as I scratched it and have the new one. But swear this one feels laggy on chrome and the motor is much more quiet and gives less feedback.

Still struggling with this. It doesn't seem a common issue? Perhaps something in the ROM I am using (although thats just a deodexed standard ROM).

I may have found a fix, What version of GB are you using?

Are you running ART?

anyone else find chrome a little laggy, dont get how it can feel laggy on one nexus 5 and not the other? maybe its just the touch sensitivity and the feedback feels different

I have noticed chrome taking ages to load some web pages, it gets half way through loading and then stops, forcing me to reload the webpage again.

Hopefully the update will be released before the end of the month, though I wouldn't be surprised if it won't be until May at least now.

That's also possible, and I really hope that they don't do that!

My original Nexus 5 has finally been sent back, I got Amazon involved a couple of nights ago as the seller to start with failed to respond to my message about the Hong Kong shipping and the seller finally got back to me last night with a UK address - and to my surprise it seems their UK returns address seems to be Amazon Return themselves!

Anyway, Amazon have been informed of this and I sent it off this morning. Hopefully the refund will soon follow.

I would rma with that, as others have, if you google about that seems to be a random issue, affecting a small amount.

Google's replacement system was dire in my experience. It took weeks to get a shipping bag to send the old phone back.
