NFL 2016 Season

So who's watching the Superbowl tonight and who are you routing for?

I'd like to see the Panthers win it for the first time. Gonna struggle to stay awake!

Booked tomorrow off work especially so I can watch the Superbowl tonight.

As is my luck I'm currently sat in the dark due to a power cut! Better fix it soon.

I'm a bit conflicted as I'd like to see the Panthers win as they have been the best team all season, but it would be a shame if Peyton retired with only 1 ring, especially considering Eli has 2.

First day at a new job tomorrow, so can't stay up late and watch my Broncos, very bad planning on my part.

Come on Peyton, one more game fella.

Hmm, maybe. At the same time, never underestimate what a great D can do to a great O.

I disagree. The Superbowl isn't for another week and a half and I can already smell the horsemeat barbecue.

Was looking forward to pointing this one out ;)

Panthers haven't looked like themselves so far, occasion too big for them?

I don't think so. I think it was Ware and Miller, they just wouldn't let him settle.

Awesome defensive display from Denver. Nice to see Cam Newton gracious in defeat in the postgame interview

And on the field

Packers were decent last night, last 5 minutes weren't a pleasure to watch though with it essentially being that one stop needed to secure the win.

Nelson is looking ok, saw some reports speculating that he will never play the same again - but I think all he needs is a few more games under his belt to get his confidence up.

Glad it's back, even if some of my enthusiasm is tempered this year. Were some very good games last night along with some frantic finishes.

The Bears were about where I thought they would be, if only becuase I expect (like most this to be another poor season). The first half was very good we were worth the 4 point lead against the Texans in their place. However following their adjustments the second half was painful to watch. Our Offence never got moving. The display of Kevin White is a particular worry. Already I've seen a few Bears fans starting to ask if he is a bust which is a little unfair even if his pre-season and first game were poor.

Good win for the Ravens, but quite a few issues to address I think. Mainly the offensive line needing work as the Bills got pressure on Flacco far too easily. If they can crack that the Flacco/Wallace combination looks like it could be a great deep threat.

Browns next... why do I feel uneasy about that?

quality start from the rams, shut out by a quality team hurts, their on form you hold ya hands up, but the 49'ers ????

sooner fisher is gone the better......

I'd take Fisher over Chip Kelly anyday. Niners will be left in as bad a shape as the Eagles were by Kelly.

He's a damn good college coach but sucks in the NFL.
