NFL 2016 Season

Yup. Great win for us. The bits I saw (RedZone on NFL Network/GamePass) it looked like Cousins was looking a bit more settled, although him eating the ball at the end of the first half was one of the stupider things I've seen.

Watched the game and it did look like Kirk had a bit more time in the pocket than the last two games and he didn't make too many mistakes today. That said, the Skins committed to the rushing game today. Probably a good idea.

Now, go Pittsburgh! :D

No, it's a bad day for the Steelers. Not taking anything away from the Eagles though. Wentz has been amazing.... truly.

Rookie QBs rarely look as good as he has to this point.

This is why the Steelers are not an elite team. Absolutely pathetic today. Looked like Men against Boys. Superbowl contenders ? Not on this showing. God help us if we play like this against New England.

another win for the ram , still looking to the opponents to make errors rather than us make plays tho :(.

noticed lynch came in for denver last night and looked decent, longer the rookies come in and start like this the bigger the pressure is going to be on goff when he finally makes an appearance.

whats happened to the panthers defence, not seen that they have a bunch of injuries ?

bad loss for the rams to the bills :(.

still running with keenum, and still trying to run short passes which arn't working, you need to get up the field wideout/short passes arn't going to work, had no confidenence that keenum would get us down the field.

some of the plays called were just rubbish, whether its the coaches not up to it or fisher giving orders, something needs to change.

longer it goes on that goff isn't getting a run out the more i'm worrying they've got a turkey :(.

This is his chance. They'd still be silly to leave Romo on the bench when he's healthy in my opinion.

Cleveland have lots of draft picks, maybe send them Dak?

way he's playing at the moment i'd be tempted to leave romo as backup and give him the extra recovery time, if they hit a bit of a dip then they can move back to romo.

wouldn't consider a swap either for me, unless someone special turns up in the draft.

Romo is tail end of his career and Dak look likes a future starter. Keep him playing and getting experience if he keeps rolling then perfect worst case he crashes and Romo steps in. Trading him out would be monumentally stupid short term thinking.

I agree that the Cowboys should keep Dak Prescott to be the future QB, but I would still start a fully fit Romo over Dak. Experience matters in the 2nd half of the season, when you have weather issues and half your team are carrying knocks.

But the big question is Romo fully fit? Given the number of injuries he has had over the last few years, will he ever be fully fit? Then it becomes a much tougher choice. Is a 95% Romo better than Dak? Yes. Is a 80% Romo better than Dak? No.

i'd keep dak playing even with romo fit, only reason to bring romo in is if their thinking short term and have the thought that they could get into the playoffs etc.

With romo out, i reckon dallas will have had this season as pretty much a bust, so i'd keep dak in to get the experience.

still got romo to go to if needs be, and the extra rest will be better for him, no reason to rush him back with prescott playing the way he is.

Would agree with this, if they think they can nail play offs then maybe switch him in but then if Dak gets them to play offs why drop him? YOu just commit and go for it for the experience he would get.
