How is it that you’re punished for being at work?

Shouldn’t be allowed just randomly putting these things for sale without any form of announcement.

Why? It’s always something they’ve done with directs and seems like a good tactic to me. People get excited by it and insta buy.

It‘s not about there being a collector’s edition being announced. That was always going to happen.

It‘s the case it randomly gets released without any formal announcement and unless you’re on Twitter or hotukdeals 24/7 you’ve got no chance.

Sorry I thought you were talking about the shadow drop of Metroid.
 
Having slept on it I think I will give the Limited Edition a pass this time round. Not really a fan of pins and the rest of the items.
 
Metroid is fantastic. Still a brilliant game and the updated GFX are lovely. Remember why I love this game.

So everyone should always make sure that you are ready before anything goes on sale?

Exactly my feeling too. I think it will be a great game but if it’s just a continuation of BOTW it’s not going to be regarded as the greater game.

Nintendo haven’t released it themselves yet and you can sign up for a notification if you’ve not done so yet

Yes I done that as that was the only option available post Direct.

All these sites just shadow dropping it at a random time on a Thursday afternoon gave anyone actually working no chance whatsoever to try and attempt to get a copy.

Yeah it was lucky I happened to check tbh.

I don’t think Amazon have done anything yet so it may be with randomly checking there too through today
 
Fun thing with Metroid Prime I got all the way to the final boss but failed first time. When I come back to it my save got wiped so I never completed the game. I still have the game for my Gamecube so might revisit it at some point.

I feel like I was the same. Certainly never completed it but I do remember getting the artifacts together in that keystone type place. My problem was always scanning things, never wanted to miss them but also there were so many at certain points enough is enough!

Really looking forward to wondering around Phendrana Drifts again. Usually play on the Switch with it muted but that soundtrack and the 'birds' chirping overhead was always so good.

Zelda OOT without a doubt. The 3ds version probably the best due to better visuals.
