*** Nintendo Switch ***

Still waiting for mine from Nintendo themselves and I am out for about 3 hours tomorrow which is inevitably when it would arrive if it doesn't get here today which is almost certain now as RM never deliver this late in the day.

Going to kick up a storm at Nintendo if thats the case. Twitter is full of people in the same boat and they have not said a single thing on twitter or facebook about the issues people are having. Some people are spending up to an hour on the phone to basically be lied to about when their delivery will arrive as well.

I got mine from Nintendo via Royal Mail this morning. The package did have a 48hr sticker on it and no signiature was required which i think is mad for the value of a switch! On the bright side, buying from Nintendo gives you a 2 year waranty instead of 1 :P

Nintendo are usually good with deliveries so don't lose hope! :)

So far I've played a few hours of Zelda and its fantastic. The Switch is virtually silent in handheld mode, and quite comfortable to hold, especially compared to the 3DS XL which gave my hands pins and needles. Definitely the best hand held ever used.

I would have a little more faith if

A) the company that is delivering them didn't say they aren't delivering them today
B) people were getting consistent responses from Nintendo CS
C) Nintendo responded publicly to the hundreds of complaints on their social media accounts

Still a few hours left in the day I guess but RM never deliver after about 12pm around here.

All aboard the hype train for Zelda! Re-ordered since cancelling my pre-order... paid for Saturday develivery but now with an 'awaiting stock pick' status and saying it won't get dispatched until monday? That's a bit crap as they say it'll get there next day Saturday if you order before 9pm - they should have the decency to tell you if it's in stock or it isn't. Other products that are out of stock can't be ordered, so I'll be disappointed if it doesn't turn up... not the end of the world, mind, I'm just being a grump and don't want the hassle of getting a refund for my premium postage :p
No update save that they've had the cheek to charge the card but not update the order status. Booooo hisssssss!

Collected my Switch Pro Controller. Very happy with Very selling it to me for £34.99 :p

Took me a while to get used to the controls on Zelda, but now I am really into it and having a blast. Going to try it with the Pro Controller soon.

Not had any issue with the Joy-Cons discontenting or anything like that. However I did notice a few frame dips on Zelda when playing on the TV, but nothing that bothered me :)
