I'm not far into the game, well, 3 beasts down, but I have definitely heard reprises of two classic Zelda themes on my travels! I know what you mean though. OOT was obviously the best. My god was the repitive music grating in LTTP!

That said I have had the 'mini-guardian' trial music in my head for days... an obvious indication of how much they kicked my ass at first :D
 
They need to sort the VC out urgently as there are quite simply no great games other than Zelda available at the moment, and then MK8D is debatable as its another port.

I'll buy MK8D but more so for when friends come round so I fear the Switch will be gathering dust until the new Mario is out towards the back end of the year.
 
Been playing through the Specter Knight campaign on Shovel Knight, it's truly excellent! Even better than the main game campaign. Think you can buy it separately as well as with the main game bundle. It's well worth a look.
