Official one, it's pretty snug. So probably not then.
The soundtrack is very subtle. And deliberately not dependant on the nostalgia of the previous games. I'm OK with it. In fact, more than that, I LOVE the subtle piano soundtrack to the open world and, in fact, all of the soundtrack.

The music was one of the best bits in the Zelda series, and is the only thing letting BotW down as it really cripples the atmosphere you had in previous games.
My wife even asked if our sound was setup right as the audio was so bland compared to the previous games.

My brother used to love Zelda until he grew up
The first thing he said was where was the music when he saw me play. The thing is I wouldn't want the epic music all the time whilst I was exploring. Not every day in Zelda is Epic, some days you wanna just take it in your stride. I love subtle music in this game. I wouldn't say no to more intense soundtracks at times though.

There is nothing wrong with the music itself, it's excellent, but it is used very sparingly.
I guess it's a lot more subtle but the main overworld theme in particular feels so empty considering how much time you spend there.
Some of the specific area based music is superb, but those pieces are rarely played.

Cheers for the impressions. It's a shame - Bomberman should be all about simplicity. In the older versions you could customise everything about multiplayer - something that's been taken out according to reviews - had more stages, items/skills and all were unlocked from the get go. No local mixed with multiplayer is a shame too - that might have been enough to sway me. vs battles would have been fun.

On a positive note i'm getting more hyped re. the new Mario with each day and like the idea of having a portable Yooka-Laylee. More platformers pls Nintendo!

They have clearly been lazy. How had can it be to have 2 or 4 other people locally play online against others? Either that or rushed but it can't be that complicated of a game and time consuming to make. I hope they sort it soon.
Wedding is in June. I've got extra cash (changed jobs, so double salary) this month so I COULD go and buy it in a couple of weeks with the console. But I don't want to then another sudden wedding cost comes up and we're like "oops"
My birthday is in July, so I think realistically...it'll be in July or before. But not much before

Haha well there will certainly be a lot of games available by then and different accessories as well giving more options.
In the meantime I'll buy stuff like a battery pack (been planning on getting one anyway), screen protector...little but necessary bits
