This is great news.

Is this the same as the 4yr old WiiU version?

Yes, and it also seems like its still got the same poor coding. Loading times are abysmal on every platform its on. Which is a shame as I am told it's a cracking game aside from that.

Ooooo, had my first hard reboot situation, pressed home button after a couple of days of not playing with it. Went to continue playing Has Been Heroes, but nothing on screen would change, hold home, menu would appear but then not input would be registered.

Had to hold down the power button until it died. Then power back on. Fine now...

How is shovel knight on the switch? Had my eye on it on steam for a while but I might get it on the switch instead since its available. I'm assuming its identical to the PC version?

Yeah it really is good, I have seen it for £11.99 on cdkeys for the steam version. Apparently the PC version is a disgrace sadly

It's a perfect port. It does play better with a pro controller than the joycons, but they work well enough.

Excellent thanks! I have the pro controller too so should be good. I've got to say i'm really impressed with the feel of the pro controller. I wasn't expecting it to be quite so high quality and it fits my hands perfectly.

Yeah the controller really is a quality item. I love it. Shovel Knight is fun in handheld but the pro controller gives you that extra bit of precision when things get a little tricky. It's a great game though and if it weren't for Zelda I'd have given much more time to it by now.

Unsure if it's the same as the PC version as i've only played the Switch version but it's great! The Treasure Trove gets all 3 campaigns, and I believe I read somewhere if they release more in the future you'd get them as part of that? Not 100% on that though.

They have already planned all the DLC and it will be included in treasure trove when it's released.

That's the main reason why this version costs more.

Lego City: Undercover looks like a fun game, I think i will buy it once i complete few games from my backlog.

Here is a Switch/Wii U comparison video

I've been playing the Puyo Puyo Tetris demo from the Japanese store, very addictive! Think it can be had physically online for £30 two come the 28th April.

Undercover has just rocked up, ill give it a blast later.

Reading online at some of the comments around the loading issues, apparently the Police Station is the worst culprit so people have just been avoiding going in there.

I've finally received my dock sock! My only concern is whether or not it's likely to affect the temperatures under load? It's quite a snug fit!
