It's one of the worst Zelda games, and one of the few that I didn't complete alongside the terrible DS ones.
Just had a read up. Clever indeed. They've caught a lot of people out too, pushing the update to banned consoles. Once they move new game releases to firmware 6.2, they've effectively won the battle against the pirates. Anyone using CFW for other reasons will have to stay offline and on 6.1.
Considering most people thought patching the exploit would require a new hardware revision, it's quite a surprise.
Seems like Nintendo finally started taking security seriously with the Switch. They were just a little unfortunate that the Tegra X1 has a hardware flaw. If it wasn't for that, this could have been the first (reasonably) secure Nintendo system.

Actually, I am considering both South Parks. Both of them are approx 35eur together from the US store, if the ZA store does a decent enough discount on the Stick of Truth then this sway me.
2 South Park games, Dark Souls and Smash Bros in a couple of weeks. Won't be short of games then.

Errrrrr no... Not to my knowledge. They would just be opening themselves up for more piracy issues of they did that.
Install to HDD is commonplace on consoles nowadays is it not?
Looks like "Downloads" have a price premium attached to them as well. Sigh.
It is but still requires you to have the disc in the console, there's not much to be gained by installing on the switch when the cartridge doesn't have the loading speed issues that come with discs.
That's because of the extremely slow read rate of discs, you still need the disc in the console even with an install so you get the negatives of both discs and downloads.
Even if they don't, just buy them from the US store using a gift card.
As mentioned by others, installing to the local storage when you have a cartridge is pointless.
I've done this before but I'm not too bothered with saving a couple of pounds on already cheap indies. If I were going for the $30+ stuff I might.
I hated Enter the Gungeon. I noticed it bolded on your list. Isaac is way better and I know you hated that. It's another roguelike and a bit meh for me. Some on this forum adore it though. I guess like Isaac it is a bit of a marmite game. Not for me, though.
