You must admit 3090 FE looks gorgeous - 4090 somehow lost the appeal - its gotten too fat
Couldn't disagree more. Whilst the 30-series FE designs were excellent, they perfected them with the 4080 and 4090 which are easily the best looking FE cards yet and arguably overall

Just a shame they may as well be limited edition cards in the UK, they're that hard to get hold of

Is there any indication as to when OCUK or other retailers will get stock back in for the sub £1k 4080S cards? Might give me a clue as to when nvidia might get 1 or 2 FE models in stock so can try get one.
Based on strong sales, we do not expect free stock until March.
We do have 100 more Gainward 4080 Supers at MSRP, but half are pre-sold, but that is the best bet pre-order wise at moment as those 100 are due next week.

I would probably go for the Gainward, but don't think it'll fit in my case looking at the dimensions.
I would go with the Zotac, longer warranty, and I believe, companies that give long warranties have more confidence in the quality of there product.
