**Nvidia G-Sync owners thread**

Mine takes an age to open up as well but I feel that is down to the state of my computer and how long I have run with this install and previous 8.1 but everything works as it should and I get no problems, so if it aint broke...

How are people setting the FPS limit? Tried looking in the NVCP but don't see anything specific under Manage 3D Applications.

Right, I shall say this only once (said in Allo, Allo voice).

Open up the Nvidia Control Panel:
Set G-Sync to on
Set V-Sync to on
Make sure your games have V-Sync off in the settings (Edited as I made a mistake).

That's it!

Not for awhile but it was smooth the last time I played it. Will fire it up and have a look as I am waiting for the latest update on ED.

Edit:

Yer, sometimes a little judder but I put that down to the frame cap in game and not letting G-Sync do its thing? Deffo not as smooth as it should be though

No it doesn't and I have tried both to see and might as well have the highest possible frames within G-Sync boundaries and not have to run AB or other software to cap frames.
 
You could be right Kiwi but I have never noticed it. I remember on my Dell IPS that would tear like a **** without V-Sync and with V-Sync, input lag was horrendous but maybe I am just old and slower now :D
