**Nvidia G-Sync owners thread**

im curious, do you guys now cap your max frames now? or just let it run wild? because say if you getting 400fps the screen i doubt would be able to keep up anyway?

just curious :)

With gsync enabled it caps frame rates at refresh anyhow :)

Leave uncapped for ulmb.

I have them capped in BF4 to 135 but going to run it uncapped to see if the CTE patch has helped.

well im bit of a monitor collector so looking at colours colour shifts etc

sopme reason my keyboard dont work in the usb HUB which sucks... but my DAC does

Crysis 3, Bf4 and tomb raider are some good starting points smogsy.

Use gfe for settings, play without a frame counter, guess what your frame rate is, then fire up a frame counter and be pleasantly surprised. I was gobsmacked when I found out crysis 3 was only around 80fps.

for honour roll btw

Hi guys, finally got my Asus rog swift setup. Still tweaking the settings and getting used to everything but so far i'm impressed. I don't know how you guys can use such low brightness/contrast though. I have mine on 80 brightness 75 contrast in normal colour mode.

One thing that is annoying me, I can't change the refresh rate by pressing the button on the right of the monitor. All that does it show what refresh rate the monitor is set to. The only way i can change it is to right click on desktop>screen resolution>advanced and set it through the monitor tab.

I was under the impression I should be able to cycle through the modes by simply pressing the button on the back of the monitor. Anyone know how to cure this?

Keep pressing the button while in game and it should cycle refresh modes, not 100% sure it works like so in Windows or outside of full screen games.
