*** NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 3090 SERIES STOCK SITUATION - NO COMPETITOR DISCUSSION ***

Info from ASUS DE forums below.

We are aware that the demand for the RTX 3080 and RTX 3090 cards significantly exceeds the supply, which can cause frustration for many who have been looking forward to our new cards.
Therefore we want to show you a few measures that we have already taken so that all the GPUs we receive get into the right hands as quickly as possible: namely yours!
✅ Delivery without detours
All available GPUs are assembled and tested on our cards as quickly as possible (up to 144 hours). Then (and this is new) the finished cards are delivered directly from the factory to the respective online shop by DHL Express. This eliminates the usual intermediate stops and we save valuable time.
✅ From real gamers ...
Our graphics cards are designed for PC gaming. We have no interest in them being used for anything other than gaming. We therefore only deliver our RTX 3080 and RTX 3090 cards to shops that we know sell directly to private customers.
✅ ... for real gamers
We recommend that the shops we work with only issue one card per customer. Trustworthy accounts are also preferred.
What's next?
Due to the enormous demand, which has exceeded even the highest expectations, we have to ask you for a little patience.
We are currently sending new cards to the retailers several times a week and of course we are continuing to work on ensuring that everyone who wants to buy an RTX 3080 or RTX 3090 receives them.

Lol. Was just about to post something similar.

Rough translation – We're running really, REALLY late with the Strix cards, and we're sort of sorry, but don't really have time to be sorry, and waaaaahhh.... heeelp! *panic*

As far as I can tell, not one gamer in the entire world has one of these in their hands. Couple of reviewers, that's it. What a car crash.

Why give a release date of a product with no stock hahahahaha ! Bloody madness ! all this has done is make people really angry...... should have just said new cards released next year made million cards and then release the product. everyone's happy Boom ! If Apple can do it with iphones with say couple week delay max then Nidia should be able too

Sounds like that's the 3080 queue. This is the 3090 thread.

Ask for pictures of the card if opened, just check the back out with the caps. Just so ya know what ya getting. I don't think any of the 3080 are bad, I belive they been made out bad by youtubers. Lates drivers seen to have helped for the most part. But new card mew drivers don't always go smoothly. As long as ya getting the 1740mhz boost ya getting exactly what ya paid for.
