Since I'll be going SLI the coolers are quite nice and I don't plan on overclocking anyway, however I will step-up to the EVGA Classified when it comes out.

did you get a bridge?

Yeah i think I may cancel my order and wait a few weeks for custom cards. Prices to drop etc etc.

If anything i will grab the SC versions and save myself £100.

My Ti's to be honest are still bang on in SLI. A LOT of money for these cards.

I'd rather hear from you lot how they perform first. Before dropping £1200 down possibly for a minor performance jump.

We need to find out if the dual power connector actually makes any difference to the overclocking...

Let the others do the dirty work

We can sit in the deck chairs in the sun. Let them do all the testing and we can buy wisely...

I can get a 1080 for 150 quid from my 980ti fund....Even that little outlay is not exciting me now the cards are here...

Have you noticed aswell we see no pre clocked 2ghz card....

Hmmmm

Even my EVGA 980 Ti Classifed boosted to 1291 i could OC on water to 1500 all day long. Dont see why we cannot get 2100+ (if air gets 2050) on the FTW on water easy all day long.

Yeah i have cancelled my order. Ill wait for the custom cards and lower price range if anything. Some first hand reviews from here.

And yeah 1880 is about the biggest i've seen. I'm thinking the 2.2 ghz gamersnexus acheived is about the maximum for this chip.

True, but still, the AIB are cheaper and you getting more for your money so it does not really matter. As long as I can get 2000+ im happy with that.

Anyone that had a Ti and just bought a 1080 and gets them tomorrow or went to the shop and had them. Please let me know if its a worthy jump.

I'm kinda doubting my purchase a little bit and thinking it may not be worth it. Would love to hear some feedback before my order gets sent out tomorrow or monday.

Installing drivers now

I'll get a 1070 instead.

Well I'm thinking either SLI 1070 and possibly sell them with 1080Ti comes around or just buy a 1080 now.

I've already preordered the 1080 Strix, It will be available the 17th or so, so I have plenty of time to cancel that order when the 1070 SLI benchmarks come available.
