I will take guess now and say that by the time the Ti comes out, the prices would have settled and a I then would cost about 600 too. Once all the 980's etc are gone...

I knew I was right
Cards for 524.99
sub 500 very soon...
This is looking good for 1070 pricing...![]()
Over £600 is way over my budget already. So 1080 Ti would be too much
We need to find out if the dual power connector actually makes any difference to the overclocking...
Let the others do the dirty work
We can sit in the deck chairs in the sun. Let them do all the testing and we can buy wisely...
I can get a 1080 for 150 quid from my 980ti fund....Even that little outlay is not exciting me now the cards are here...
Have you noticed aswell we see no pre clocked 2ghz card....
Hmmmm
Pre-ordered the EVGA SCBring on next sat.
Start saving now. That's what I'm doing. I would fritter the money away so I'm taking out £100 a month and putting it aside for the Ti (or Vega). Might not buy it right away at launch, might wait a month for the dust to settle.
True, but still, the AIB are cheaper and you getting more for your money so it does not really matter. As long as I can get 2000+ im happy with that.
Im waiting for the custom cards for sure. Like to see some first hand reviews of you guys here before i decide to wait for a dual 8 pin etc.
If the 1080 overclocks well on a single 8 pin I may just get 1080 SC's on release. £579 is a good chunk cheaper than the FE £635.
EVGA FTW has dual 8 pin
I thought about doing that, but the EVGA 1080 FTW card will last me until the next big boy Titan
well this isnt a good start
The nvidia graphics driver is not supported by this version of windows.
No nvidia gpu in device manager either
older version
the graphics driver could not find any compatible hardware
Dual 8pin waterblocks I should have said. As they will take a month after release for EK to make.
