Games that don't use much GPU usage will downclock. ARMA is awful for it as it rarely goes above 50% usage.

Those with low memory clocks, do you have bare memory chips on the rear of your card? are they being cooled?

The MSI has chips on the back and mine does 8000mhz, I have a 230mm side fan blowing air over the back though.

Likewise, mine will hit 8400 but anything higher and I get artefacts

how to you get the voltages to apply as i moved it to +37mv but doesn't move from 1.2v???? on a evga 970 sc

right it's time to buy another card, but i dont think mine came with a SLI Bridge, but i've just found one upstairs, lets take a closer look

Right click the top of the window (to the left of the minimize/maximize/close buttons). Then the menu opens and the install option near the bottom. I had to do it for the perfcap to show for me.

As mine are cooled by some full cover blocks I was expecting some slightly higher clocks to being cooler but hardly had an increase.

Just a heads up for people thinking about water cooling for more performance.

Just tested my new pair of EVGA GeForce GTX 970 Superclocked ACX 2.0. Fans should not work at all until 60C is reach, shouldn't they? My ones work @31% even when gpu is @29C. I reinstalled drivers, no change. Am I doing something wrong?
Compared to my Msi 780 twin frozr Evga fans are much louder. Bought them quite cheap but I am not sure I will keep them.

have you checked that you haven't turned on the fans in Afterburner by mistake, that cursor moves really easily

Nope, even when I create profile to keep fan @0% until 50C it still goes @31%.

If you have AB installed, uninstall, fresh install of the Nvidia drivers & test again without AB if you think AB could be interfering.
