Price gouged to within an inch of their lives. I wont buy here because of that.

Maybe historically, but in general i find them pretty competitive. Especially because they have stock, check the jungle retailer and try to find a 970 or 980 in stock or even listed.

received my gigabyte but no display called oc at 17:25 but got no answer any ideas guys cleared bios etc tried different slots but nothing wont boot to bios

Are you using DVi ?

There are reported ssues with DVi on these try the other dvi port or Display port if possible or even HDMi.

Update your motherboard to the latest bios.

yip just changed from dvi to hdmi and it works, Is the dvi thing a problem? is the card faulty

got it to work via dp and hdmi no display on both dvi with two different cables, it's nice and quiet

It's an issue with the DVi on the card there is a new bios in the works to resolve the issue. Same issue has been reported on the 970 G1/Windforce 3 as well.

£478 from what i can see.

That's what I can see too.

Plus I know EVGA wont be shipping many more, so were £20 more on a £500 product, very little.

Whilst we were selling 980's at £419 with FREE shipping for all for a week, no one says anything. Then when we are £20 more on a near £500 card that is going end of life, we are all of a sudden more expensive on everything.......

I would have thought Gigabyte will release it to the public. They are investigating the issue at the moment from what I read.
